Country partnerships

Built With Countries, Not For Them

IDEA’s international model begins with partnership.

Every country has different educational priorities, languages, cultures, infrastructure, economic realities and humanitarian needs. There is no reason its digital education strategy should look exactly like another country’s.

IDEA works with governments, Ministries of Education, investment authorities, educational institutions, local organizations and private-sector partners to determine what the Freedom Tablet platform can contribute.

One Platform. Many Possibilities.

A country relationship may begin with a single initiative — an African Children’s Library, Presentation Tablet, Lifeline deployment, refugee education program or national curriculum project.

From there, the same underlying technology can support additional educational, cultural and humanitarian programs without requiring each initiative to begin again from the ground up.

Local Knowledge. Shared Technology.

The country brings its curriculum, languages, stories, educators, institutions and understanding of its people.

IDEA brings educational content systems, interactive technology, localization capability and the Freedom Tablet platform.

The Lifeline partnership model reflects this approach directly: governments, educators, donors, NGOs and local representatives each have defined roles, while national authorities retain responsibility for curriculum approval and integration.

The objective is not simply to sell tablets.

It is to build lasting local capacity around education and knowledge.

Every country partnership begins differently. They all begin by listening.
