(IDEA) is a premier content studio dedicated to building transformational educational worlds and content for children, youth, and communities across the globe. Our work powers the Freedom Tablet and its mission to provide safe, offline access to learning, from refugee camps to remote villages, from classrooms to civic campaigns.

At International Digital Education Access Inc. (IDEA) and through the Freedom Tablet Initiative, our mission is simple and unwavering: to bring safe, offline, accessible education to children everywhere.
We recognize that every country has its own cultural, political, and legal environment. While we work with governments and organizations across the world, this cooperation does not mean endorsement of every policy or position they hold.
Our role is not political. Our role is educational.

Our Story
Founded by a small group of educators, technologists, and artists, IDEA was born from a simple question: “What if we built the world’s best content for the children with the least?”
Years later, our studio has created entire learning ecosystems, characters, games, curricula, national campaigns and built the digital foundation for a new approach to educational equity

The visionary behind IDEA (International Digital Education Access Inc.), blending innovation, education, and purpose. A lifelong storyteller and advocate for child safety, she leads the creation of immersive worlds like Oville and groundbreaking tools like the Freedom Tablet, ensuring every child can access safe, high-quality learning—online or off.
Ken Rolston
Chief Operating Officer & Head of Product Development
Imaginative co-creator of Oville World and the artist behind 100% of IDEA’s visual content, Ken leads both product strategy and creative execution. He bridges design and operations, ensuring our worlds are not only beautifully illustrated, but also technically and educationally sound.
Jason Campbell
Director of Animation
Jason brings life to our characters, overseeing visual storytelling with a focus on emotional resonance, motion clarity, and worldbuilding for young audiences.
Damien Labonte
Creative Director
From conceptual design to story architecture, Damien shapes the artistic identity and thematic coherence of all IDEA content. His masterful video creation will be core to future endeavours.
